Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HVAC Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in HVAC service and installation, a strong technical understanding, and an ability to produce accurate and timely estimates. This role will require strong analytical skills, expertise in reading and interpreting technical drawings, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Compensation Package:

• $150-$200k plus
• Vehicle, Gas Card, Full Family Health Insurance, and  Dental and Vision; 401k match up to 7%

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate project specifications, drawings, and other documents to develop accurate HVAC system cost estimates

- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to determine project requirements

- Utilize industry knowledge to recommend cost-effective solutions and alternatives

- Prepare estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs

- Ensure timely and accurate estimate submissions that align with company standards

- Participate in client meetings to discuss project needs and provide expertise as necessary

- Maintain and update a database of industry costs, labor rates, and equipment prices

‍Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of HVAC service experience
• At least 5 years of HVAC installation experience
• Master’s HVAC license preferred
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members
